Terry Miller brings to each engagement nearly 25 years of experience in the workforce development industry. He has led numerous technical assistance projects related to cost allocation, indirect cost rate plans, financial processes, and internal controls, as well as programmatic compliance and improvement. Most recently, Miller has consulted with clients on the implementation of OMB’s new Uniform Requirements and indirect cost rates. In addition, he has conducted various financial-related training workshops for various workforce professional groups and clients.
Prior to joining THMP in 1998, Miller provided tax and accounting services to businesses and individuals while employed at public accounting firms in Central Florida. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a master’s degree in accounting, Miller is a licensed CPA in Florida and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
