Dalton L. Hall, CPA

Hall is actively involved in planning, performing, and reporting of monitoring and technical assistance engagements. He brings to each project extensive knowledge of federal and state management information systems and financial management. In addition, he has conducted numerous workshops for workforce professionals at various training events, including NAWB and NAWDP.

Hall pioneered development of the firm’s online training platform, THMP Workforce Academy, which provides up-to-date education to workforce development agency professionals on both financial and programmatic requirements, processes, and best practices. He also oversees the Firm’s administrative functions.

Prior to establishing THMP, Hall worked with public accounting firms in Central and Southwest Florida, gaining extensive experience in auditing various nonprofits and local governments and consulting for for-profit businesses. A graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, he is a licensed CPA in Florida and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
