Dalton L. Hall, CPA

A founding partner of the Firm, Hall has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting for clients throughout Florida, including extensive auditing and consulting experience with various nonprofit organizations. Since its inception in 1993, Hall has led the Firm's Consulting Division, which provides programmatic and fiscal monitoring, continuous improvement and technical assistance services to numerous Workforce Development Boards.

Hall spearheaded the Firm’s new online training platform, THMP Workforce Academy, which provides up-to-date education to workforce agency professionals on both financial and programmatic requirements, processes and best practices. He also oversees the Firm’s administrative functions. Prior to founding the Firm, Hall worked with public accounting firms in Central and Southwest Florida, where he gained extensive experience in auditing various nonprofits and local governments, and in consulting for for-profit businesses. He has extensive experience providing accounting services to small businesses and has conducted workshops for workforce professionals at various training events, including NAWB and NAWDP.

Hall has more than 25 years’ experience providing monitoring and technical assistance services to workforce boards and is actively involved in planning, performing and reporting for these types of engagements. A graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s of science in accountancy, Hall is a licensed CPA in Florida and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
