Parker has more than 20 years of experience related to workforce development monitoring and technical assistance. He performs a number of fiscal and programmatic services, with a focus on the programmatic aspects of WIOA. Parker’s extensive knowledge of WIOA and the state case management system greatly inform the range of technical assistance and client WIOA training he provides.
Parker also oversees THMP’s Information Technology systems and is responsible for managing IT vendors and our online training platform, THMP Workforce Academy, which launched in 2018. He joined the Firm in 1999 after earning a master's degree in accountancy at the University of Central Florida and his bachelor’s degree in accountancy at the University of Florida. Parker is a licensed CPA in Florida and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
